public transport warm welcome
the apartment location proved great for exploring. it was quite close to public transport routes. the reception staff member, robin, welcomed me warmly on arrival

hot water shower problem
The location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
The lack of hot water WAS frustrating. We needed the front desk to fix it every time we wanted to shower. This happened three times. My son had to wait over half an hour each time.

Mixed experience due to noise and maintenance issues
street noise poor maintenance
The noise from the street was AWFUL. My sleep was affected badly since my room faced the main street. The noise from passing cars was loud. I could feel the vibrations. the maintenance wasn't great. I found some surfaces not cleaned properly. I found this VERY annoying.
